You can activate your credit card through:

  1. Our eMoney Mobile app, or
  2. By logging into our web version of eMoney

Once you are logged in, you can choose a Personal Identification Number (PIN) on your card.

Alternatively, you can activate your credit card and set up your PIN by calling our Customer Experience Team on 0800 801 808.

Yes, in order to keep your card safe in the post we have put a special hold on your new card. Simply use it at any EFTPOS terminal or ATM with PIN to activate .
Please note that the Contactless payment option (without PIN) and online transactions will not activate your new card.

While the 16 digit number is the same, your expiry date and 3 digit security number on the back of the card (CVV) have changed, so you may need to update your details for any recurring payments you have set up.
