Terms and Conditions relating to the $100 Visa Prezzy Gift Card Promotion
- The promotion is valid from 1 March 2023 until 31 March 2023 (the “Promotional Period”).
- To win a $100 Visa Prezzy Gift Card (the “Promotion“), you must:
- be one of the first 200 new Purple Visa Card customers who applied for, and successfully opened, a Card Account during the Promotional Period;
- spend a total of $100 or more on Eligible Transactions during the Promotional Period;
- ensure your Card Account is open (and not in arrears or overdue) after the Promotional Period ends, and not be a new Additional Cardholder (“Winner”).
- Eligible transactions are any Purple Visa Card transactions other than a Cash Advance, Balance Transfer, loan repayments, interest free transactions (including long-term and automatic 12 months interest free transactions), fees and interest and excludes Purple Dollar redemptions, purchase refunds or charges that are under dispute or are fraudulent (“Eligible Transactions”).
- All Purple Visa Card applications will be assessed in accordance with SBS Money Limited’s standard approval process. SBS Money Limited is not obliged to accept an application.
- If you are a Winner, you will be notified via eMoney and the Visa Prezzy Gift Card will be mailed to your postal address within 20 business days after the Promotional Period ends.
- Your Card Account details must be up to date (including a phone number, email address and postal address). SBS Money Limited will not re-issue or re-send a Visa Prezzy Gift Card if your details are incorrect. It is your responsibility to ensure that your Card Account details are correct.
- The Visa Prezzy Gift Card is non-refundable, non-exchangeable and not redeemable for cash.
- The following people are not eligible for this Promotion:
- An employee of Finance Now Limited, including the families of that employee;
- An employee of a related entity to Finance Now Limited, including the families of that employee; and
- An employee of an associated agency to Finance Now Limited, including the families of that employee.
- All decisions of SBS Money Limited are final, and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
- Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and any other applicable terms and conditions and relevant privacy policies or statements.
- If for any reason SBS Money Limited are unable to run the Promotion as planned, it reserves the right (in its sole discretion) to extend, postpone, amend, reschedule or cancel the Promotion at any time on the provision of reasonable notice, which shall include posting notice of the change on purplevisa.co.nz/gift-card-promotion-march23.
- SBS Money Limited and any other agencies associated with this Promotion will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which may be sustained, directly or indirectly by any Cardholder in connection with this Promotion, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
- Any capitalised terms used in these Terms and Conditions but are not defined shall have their meaning in the Purple Visa Card Terms and Conditions.
