Terms and Conditions relating to the $200 Visa Prezzy Gift Card Promotion
- The promotion is valid from 1 April 2023 until 30 April 2023 (the “Promotional Period”).
- To be in the draw to win a $200 Visa Prezzy Gift Card (the “Promotion“), you must:
i. spend a total of $150 or more on Eligible Transactions during the Promotional Period; and
ii. ensure your Card Account is open (and not in arrears or overdue) after the Promotional Period ends (“Winner”). - Only 10 Winners will be drawn for the Promotion and the random draw will take place on 4 May 2023 by random electronic selection.
- Eligible transactions are any Purple Visa Card transactions other than a Cash Advance, Balance Transfer, loan repayments, interest free transactions (including long-term and automatic 12 months interest free transactions), fees and interest and excludes Purple Dollar redemptions, purchase refunds or charges that are under dispute or are fraudulent (“Eligible Transactions”).
- If an entry is determined to be the result of an Additional Cardholder’s use of their card, then the entry will be recorded against the Main Cardholder’s Card Account and the Visa Prezzy Gift Card won under the Promotion will be awarded to the Main Cardholder.
- If you are the Winner:
i. you will be notified by telephone from the details held by us on your Card Account. If you cannot be contacted within 48 hours of the draw, we will redraw on the same terms as the original draw.
ii. the Visa Prezzy Gift Card will be mailed to your postal address within 20 business days after the Promotional Period ends.
iii. your name may be published on the Purple Visa Card website. - Your Card Account details must be up to date (including a phone number, email address and postal address). SBS Money Limited will not re-issue or re-send a Visa Prezzy Gift Card if your details are incorrect. It is your responsibility to ensure that your Card Account details are correct.
- The Visa Prezzy Gift Card is non-refundable, non-exchangeable and not redeemable for cash.
- The following people are not eligible for this Promotion:
i. An employee of Finance Now Limited, including the families of that employee;
ii. An employee of a related entity to Finance Now Limited, including the families of that employee; and
iii. An employee of an associated agency to Finance Now Limited, including the families of that employee. - All decisions of SBS Money Limited are final, and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
- Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and any other applicable terms and conditions and relevant privacy policies or statements.
- If for any reason SBS Money Limited are unable to run the Promotion as planned, it reserves the right (in its sole discretion) to extend, postpone, amend, reschedule or cancel the Promotion at any time on the provision of reasonable notice, which shall include posting notice of the change on www.purplevisa.co.nz/gift-card-promotion-april-2023.
- SBS Money Limited and any other agencies associated with this Promotion will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which may be sustained, directly or indirectly by any Cardholder in connection with this Promotion, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
- Any capitalised terms used in these Terms and Conditions but are not defined shall have their meaning in the Purple Visa Card Terms and Conditions.
