Terms and Conditions relating to the Back to School Double Purple Dollars January 2023 Promotion

  1. The Promotion is valid from Monday 16 January 2023 until Monday 30 January 2023 (“Promotional Period”).
  2. During the Promotional Period, you will earn 2 Purple Dollars for every $150 you spend on Eligible Transactions using your Purple Visa Card at The Warehouse or Warehouse Stationery (the ‘Promotion”). From Tuesday 31 January 2023, Purple Dollars earn rate will revert back to 1 Purple Dollars for every $150 spent on Eligible Transactions at The Warehouse or Warehouse Stationery.
  3. Exclusion: Any purchases made from The Warehouse or Warehouse Stationery through The Market will not be eligible to earn 2 Purple Dollars. All purchases need to be made directly from The Warehouse or Warehouse Stationery, instore or online.
  4. Eligible Transactions means any transactions other than, Cash Advance, Balance Transfer, loan repayments, credit card repayments, long-term interest free purchases, insurance premiums, fees and interest charges, Purple Dollar redemptions, purchase refunds or any payments that are under dispute or are fraudulent (“Eligible Transactions”).
  5. Any Purple Dollars earned won’t be added to your Purple Dollar balance on eMoney until we have processed the Eligible Transactions. This may take up to 3-5 business days.
  6. Any Purple Dollars redeemed won’t be shown on eMoney until the following day.
  7. The Promotion is open to all new and existing Purple Visa Card accounts for both Main Cardholders and Additional Cardholders.
  8. If you have made an Eligible Transaction during the Promotional Period and have returned the goods purchased for a refund, SBS Money Limited reserves the right (in their sole discretion) to deduct the additional Purple Dollars earned as part of this Promotion.
  9. Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and any other applicable terms and conditions and relevant privacy statement or policies. The Purple Visa Card Terms and Conditions apply to this Promotion and can be found at purplevisa.co.nz/cards/card-terms-fees.
  10. If for any reason SBS Money Limited are unable to run the Promotion as planned, they reserve the right (in their sole discretion) to extend, postpone, amend, reschedule or cancel the Promotion at any time on the provision of reasonable notice, which shall include posting notice of the change on purplevisa.co.nz/back-to-school-jan-2023/.
  11. SBS Money Limited and any other agencies associated with this Promotion will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which may be sustained, directly or indirectly by any cardholder in connection with this Promotion, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
  12. Any capitalised terms used in these Terms and Conditions but are not defined shall have their meaning in the Purple Visa Card Terms and Conditions.
